The family out-voted me and it was off to a Big 4 Caravan Park in Bendigo to savour a more sedate form of camping. The Central Deborah Gold Mine, down 20 storeys, with helmets & lights with an entertaining tour guide was a highlight. Lots of jumping on a giant pillow was done by the kids - why doesn't that make them sick while a car journey can??? A nice home cooked Indian meal and lots of relaxation for a couple of days ... and by Jove, it was sunny!!!
