Today, we visited a set of additional points of interest in the Kilbarri National Park, north of Kilbarri. These were of a different vista, with inland views along the Murchinson River cutting deep gorges into the red sandstone cliffs. These included the breathtaking view from the Natural Window and the famous Z-bend.
Then with the family firmly committed not to visit any more tourist stops, we drove off to the Nerren Nerren Rest Area to camp for the night. This stop will be remembered for its clean but smelly pit dunnies!
