Adelaide - City of Churches

We continued North and camped in luxury in Glenelg, at the Camp 4 West Beach campground. Arriving in good time, we were able to set up camp and actually relax instead of our usual manic rush to setup, feed, wash, read and sleep. A leisurely start to the day with a spot of fishing and then off to Glenelg for fish and chips by the pier, avoiding the swooping seagulls.

Jumping pillows - the best thing about Camp 4!

Yo dude!

Swooped by seagulls after our fish & chips!

Our last day there was really about revisiting some of our favourite sites while we had lived in Adelaide, parking outside our old flat in North Adelaide, walking into town and visiting Central Markets and Robyn's favourite mall – Rundel Mall! At Central Markets, we found a piano sitting idle and Jordan and Ben did a great job playing to an appreciative audience while we ate our lunch. Something that will improve their confidence. While I ordered some new specs from Specsavers, the kids went on a whirlwind tour of games-stores with Robyn and finished off with ice-cream.

Then it was off north to start our trip heading out to the Eyre Peninsula.
