Who would have guessed Hobart was so great!

We were fortunate to be able to bunk down with  Kristin, James, Jamsion, Sienna at their lovely house in Hobart. Kristin was an old school friend of Robyn's. It was great having a roof over our heads, and a real highlight for then kids. James & Kristin had spent a year touring Oz themselves, so has a lot of great advice.

We toured Battery Point, which provided a glimpse of what an untouched Rocks in Sydney could have looked like if big business had not get its way. An amazing part of the beautiful city, with a great cafe. What more could you want?

Best cafe in Hobart?

It was movie night and the older boys kept dad company watching Thor in 3D. :) - honestly, I dd it for the kids! Robyn was fortunate enough to see Hop with the younger two and Jamison. :) :)

Salamanca Markets was certainly worth a visit - the Gormet Famer stall and apple stalls were my favourites. Though I think it was the donuts and fairly floss stalls for the kids.

I had to take a trip to the doctors to treat an infected finger, which was oozing a green pus. Caused, sadly by hooking myself with my fishing rod a couple of weeks earlier! Whats going on!

Mount Wellington

We had an Indian masterclass with James and Kristin. James outdid himself cooking Tandoori chicken, lamb curry, indian veg and roti.

Also, thanks to James for showing me how to change a fuse in the car. That was fun!
