We put up camp outside Hamilton at Wannon Falls. Another great free spot, where we
again lit a fire for green chicken curry prepared in a camp oven.
The kids did a great job collecting firewood – they are finally
understanding that a twig or two a fire won't make. I had some great
therapy using the axe to chop it all down. The following morning we
tried out the jaffle maker over the fire, making bacon and egg
sandwiches – smashing!
